Instructor of Medical-Surgical Nursing
Hasmik Vardanyan, M.D., is a dedicated healthcare professional and educator whose career reflects long-standing service to medicine, healthcare education, and patient care. With a professional background rooted in clinical practice, functional diagnostics, and medical instruction, she has devoted many years to supporting patients and preparing future healthcare professionals for the responsibilities of clinical practice.
Her professional academic foundation includes graduation from Yerevan State Medical University after Mkhitar Heratsi in 1987, followed by residency and specialized postgraduate training in Functional Diagnostics at the National Institute of Health named after Academician S. Avdalbekyan in Yerevan, completed in 1989. This academic and clinical training strengthened her knowledge of diagnostic medicine, clinical assessment, patient evaluation, and the careful observation required in healthcare practice.
Throughout her career, Ms. Vardanyan has gained valuable experience in medical environments where professionalism, precision, compassion, and responsibility are essential. Her background in functional diagnostics has shaped her ability to approach patient care with accuracy, clinical reasoning, and a strong understanding of disease processes.
Following her graduation from YSMU in 1987, Ms. Vardanyan completed postgraduate residency training in Functional Diagnostics at the National Institute of Health named after Academician S. Avdalbekyan (1989). Building on this clinical and diagnostic foundation, she has dedicated her professional career to healthcare practice and medical education — bringing specialized expertise in immune system disorders and infectious disease processes to her role as an instructor at ACNHS.
Ms. Vardanyan has made a meaningful contribution to healthcare education through her teaching of Autoimmune Diseases and Infectious Diseases. Through her instruction, she helps students understand complex immune-system disorders, infectious disease processes, clinical manifestations, infection control principles, and the importance of safe, evidence-based care. Her teaching reflects experience, clarity, discipline, and a sincere commitment to student development.
Through her work as an educator, she has helped students build the knowledge and confidence necessary to understand challenging medical conditions and apply that understanding in healthcare practice.
