We are committed to your success. Explore the academic, personal, and professional resources available to you throughout your program.
Every student is assigned a faculty advisor for the duration of the program. Your advisor is your primary point of contact for academic planning, course concerns, and progression questions.
Schedule an advising appointment through the Student Portal or email the advising office. Advisors hold open office hours weekly — check the academic calendar for times.
Free tutoring is available to all enrolled students. Peer tutors and faculty-led review sessions cover all core nursing courses.
One-on-one sessions with trained student tutors. Available by appointment through the Academic Support Center.
Small-group exam review sessions facilitated by course faculty. Scheduled before major exams — see course syllabi for dates.
Practice any clinical skill at your own pace during open lab hours. Skills lab staff are available to assist and coach.
Access to NCLEX-style question banks, ATI modules, and test-taking strategy workshops available through the college library and LMS.
Support for nursing care plans, scholarly papers, and APA formatting. Available in-person and via email review.
Nursing education is demanding. We recognize that student wellness is inseparable from academic success. ACNHS provides confidential mental health and wellness resources for all students.
Seeking support is a sign of strength, not weakness. All counseling services are completely confidential and will not affect your academic standing.
If you or someone you know is in crisis:
The Financial Aid Office assists students with tuition planning, payment plans, and scholarship applications.
Scholarship applications open at the beginning of each academic year. Check the student portal for current opportunities and deadlines.
ACNHS is committed to providing equal access to education for all students. If you have a documented disability or condition that affects your academic performance, you may be eligible for accommodations.
Accommodation requests should be submitted before the start of the semester whenever possible. Late requests may not be honored for past assessments.
